A musical percussion instrument with a double row of tuned metal bars each above a tubular resonator. Contains a pedal to control sustain. Most impressively (and physically) played with four mallets. Emits a mellow and smooth singing tone.

Two celebrated virtuosos take to the stage together for the first time. Sparks fly as pianist Tedeschi joins forces with vibist Parnell in a musical celebration of rhythm, colour and vitality. Blurring the lines between classical and jazz, the show features Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue, J.S. Bach's Allegro in G Minor and the dazzling, Brazilian-inspired Bem-Vindo.
